Now we will go for the solution for the common problem that we face during the printer sharing.

Error code 0x00000057

Lets check it out how to fix this error code.


If you ever get the error as shown a moment ago, follow one of these method in the order.

Method 1:
Check whether the Operating System of the host computer (with Printer) and the client computer is same or not. Same in the sense if it is 32/64 bit.
Install the printer driver as per the bit of the OS used. Even in the host computer you can add the additional driver in the printer properties.

Method 2:
Join the printer in the client computer and reinstall the driver first, then take the printer back to host computer and try sharing, using this method your issue must have been solved.

Method 3:
The problem might be with the OS of either computer. Try reinstalling the windows.

Note: While uninstalling the printer driver, kindly remove the printer from the device manager too.
